Hi everyone,

I’m planning to rebuild my Audi A6 C5 with the 2.5 TDI AKE engine to around Stage 2 power levels (maybe around 250hp?). I want to make sure my engine stays reliable and lasts a long time, but I also want to get a decent bump in power. If I want to rebuild the engine, what parts should I change? I’m thinking of bearings, seals, pistons, connecting rods, head gasket, oil pump, springs, injectors, etc. I'm thinking on a BAU head, but I'm not sure that if it's a direct bolt-on or not.
And what about the injection pump? Is it gonna handle that much fuel?

I'm having trouble starting EPC and WIS from EWAnet. The EWA installation went smoothly with no issues—the database installed correctly, and the authorization key was accepted. I've successfully set this up before on a different laptop without any problems, but this time, it’s not working.
The system is running Windows 10 Pro with the latest version of Java installed. I suspect Java might be the issue. When I click the EPC or WIS buttons, instead of launching the program, a window appears indicating that startApp.jnlp has been downloaded to my Downloads folder (see attached photo). Then, an error message appears: "Unable to load resource..." (see next photo).
I’ve searched online for a solution but haven’t found anything helpful. Has anyone encountered this before? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hello.

I ve got problem with DCT in Mercedes GLA. Sometimes is good within one week or more, but when temperature drops below 0 it starts to show faults:

079200 - RPM sensor 1 has a malfunction
274600 - RPM sensor 2 has a malfunction

There is no reverse gear and it starts (or not) from 2nd gear.

I think that it is mechatronic problem, but I rather want to repair it than replace it. Is it possible?

I was thinking of using OBDSTAR G3 but can use Xtool also (the Chinese little one)

I have an audi a4 b8 dash that I want to do some tests on with arduino.. but after a few starts of it on the table I received the message "SAFE"
I saw on YouTube some videos in which this dash was started and could be used on game emulators without receiving the SAFE message.

is it possible to edit the dump somehow and remove the SAFE message?
I read the dump from the eeprom 95320w with a ch341a programmer.
if it is possible to edit it.. please help

Hey guys,
I have upgraded transmission conductor plate from vgsNag2 to Vgs3Nag2.
I might stuffed up through virginizing by choosing the wrong file without backing up.
Car starts but doesn't engage any gears unless through teaching process but when it's completed it goes back to same issue.
I also replaced ecu, virginized it and teach it from eis module file.

I have fault code: 
C426 start enable "drive authorisation system" not issued.

Could someone help me online to get it going.
I'm happy to look after.
