Hi all, I have disabled the EGR and DPF but I have issues being caused by the intake flap\throttle body that the ECU closes to admit EGR.
Ive tried a few things but I am not having much luck. I think I have the EGR and DPF off OK.
Could someone please disable the intake flap for me so it is fully open while the engine is running.

I have given myself a new project. I bought a VW Passat as a donor car, and put the whole wiring loom, with everything on it on a stand, and the motor still runs fine.
The reason for this motormount / stand is to be able to test the engine, before and after rebuilding the engine, without the need for a whole car.
This was tested and ok, with original key and cluster and so on.
I took it a step further, and started to remove things from the wiring loom.
I removed something, tested if there was crank, and proceeded further. This was a mistake becouse crank does not always means start, but ok, i am learning.
At this point, my question is, what can i expect from an ECU where the IMMO is disabled with the software E2PA? Its an 3C0907115Q ecu and reading and flashing through BDM went well.
But, now it wil start, but not stay alive, dies directly after start, sounds like and immobilizer problem.
What i would like is to remove all extra, also the ignition key, and instrument cluster and so on.
Can i expect, that the engine will run without those components, als long as terminal 30 power and terminal 50 (starter) are there?
Channel 91 on the engine reads 1 so IMMO off. But it dies on me anyway. I have fuel and spark.
Is there someone who would like to guide me a little in this subject?

Hi, I just bought VAS6154 and when I connected with VX Manager everything seems fine on first hand. After that I tried to update firmware and on half update it was failed. From then there was no communication with device, just turn on all leds and turn off after few seconds.
After googling there was some unbrick VAS6154 topic on mhh where I found 1.6.6 file that I can flash directly into MCU. No problem, i flashed it and guess what, again nothing. No communication.
I tried to download vcx.bin file for this but file is 183kb and MCU need 1mb file.
Wifi works fine, I can connect to it and there is driver for VAS6154 installed and everything is ok in device manager, just VX Manager (or other manager) not seeing device.
