Hello everyone, i have problem with Fiat Stilo 1.9 JTD. Car does not receive gas. All wires is ok, pedal replace and still doesn't work. 2x wires should have a voltage of 5V, I have 5V on one wire and 1.30V on second wire.
Does anyone have a solution? Thanks!

I have a cts3 on a duramax with the e41 ecm. I can't find any software to read and edit the file. its a .GRD If anyone can help edit the tune to delete dpf, egr, and reductant or a software so I can do it myself would be great. i have no problem paying.

I’m working on a Cummins 2150D Freightliner. I read the ECU over OBD with a Kess3. Any changes I make to the tuning maps—Torque Request, Injection, Rail Pressure, and so on—work fine and the truck starts normally. But the moment I touch the fault table to disable the DPF‑EGR, the truck refuses to start. The ECU drops communication, and I can only bring it back by flashing the stock file in recovery mode.
Has anyone run into this before? I’m open to ideas on how to solve it.
I’m having the same problem with Dimsport—DSManager doesn’t even recognize the files I read for checksum verification.
First time cloning an N03 BSI. Matching part numbers. Using SMOK on bench read flash & eeprom on both no issues. I've then wrote the flash from original to doner with no errors but instantly causes power to short & blow something on unit. Does anyone know what has caused this issue? I read BSI is high risk, is this why?
Hello, this is to just share my story with this ecu, it was in a Chevrolet Captiva 2.2. I read the ecu with flex and wrote it with flex, both successuf but i used the dcm3.7 protocol, anyways after writing it wouldnt turn on, tried to connect it via bench also it would read the milage but the ecu wouldnt give authorization. Doing research i found that this ecu can be read via k200/foxflash on jtag and only ktag master (couldnt find anything about any other tool). I tried with some of my friend's tools but no success, i thought it over for this ecu and tried to look for a used one until i saw there was no immo off for that type of ecu only for hyndai or kia, @immopincode offered to help for free if he had a solution but i still had hope for the used one. Sent it to @ecupz and ofcourse the master fixed it without a problem via jtag (dont know thier magic). But then i did a full backup and tried to write on bench and then the same problem again so i had to send it back to @ecupz to fix it and they fixed it again.
Story is i wouldnt touch this ecu again, i couldnt find anyone that could do immo off for this type of ecu. Buying a new one costs around 1k. If youre somehow in a position like me and you cant fix the ecu at all id suggest looking for used parts. Opel Antara is the exact same car with the same ecu so you can probably get the ecu and other parts to make the car run again. I dont know if its a problem with flex or with my file but the headache is not worth it.

I have a patient: Fiat Strada/Palio 1999y, 1.2b 8v IAW 18F.B3 to remove immo because of no start. Car has no spark and no signal for injectors.
It had a dead shaft sensor (infinite resistance). Replaced with a new one, but still no spark and no singal to injectors.
Fuel pump starts fine on ignition for few s and goes off.
Ecu does not see shaft sensor RPMs. Constant 0. Can immo cut off this signal? or in this case immo is different thing?
I used Bosch KTS and Autel to trigger spark and injector tests. Both worked. So it seems that ECU does not see shaft sensor signal.
Checked cables in shaft cable (3 pins, 2 signals and 1 sheld). Between signals i have 1290ohms. Both signal cables to Battery Negative gives 2.05V.
Main relay ticks so seems to work.
I tried immo off with immo killer and some other immo claner. Tried all FFs and 196 and 197 00. Also no car start.
Im running out of ideas here. Anyone had such case?

i have reballed the FPGA 3 times and always get the error C1107 - video signal failure.
the camera comes from another car and no basic setting is performed right now.
is it possible that the C1107 error comes because no basic setting on the camera? the customer told me, he don't make adaption with ODIS online before C1107 is fixed.

Hi would anyone be able to help me with a problem loading the SWaP code into my acc radar? The car is a 2019 8V S3 and I’ve retrofitted acc. The radar was hacked and the correct SWaP code generated. However I was able to load a code previously but something I’m unsure what happened during the last attempt and now it’s failing every time. I was able with Odis to find that I’m getting an SID:$2E NRC$31 error.
Sorry if this a silly question I’m just unsure what’s going on.
