Hello everyone. I have to make conversion W205 MY2015 from US ro EU and I have a question about headlights (I must buy). Car have original US headlights with ILS (part a205 906 91 01), car SA codes 608 (IHC) + 640 (LED dynamic). Every prefacelift EU headlights with ILS will be plug and play? I know that I should make a coding disable sidemarks etc.

Hello, having a fault code due to working hours not matching. Attempted to reset working hours using the WHReset software, but it does not work. If someone could help, it would be greatly appreciated. Attached is the BIN file EEProm. I'm using an Autel IM608 to flash the ECM. Car has 198,783 km.

Hi everyone, I need help tuning these mods and injectors.
My plan is to install a hybrid turbo, but this one is new, and I want to use it for a bit until it breaks. I want to use the car with 535d 272 injectors.
Mods:
535d 272 injectors
Downpipe
Large intercooler
Original box Kyn filter
EGR with straight pipe

If anyone can help me and it works well, when I install the hybrid, I'll contact them to finish tuning it and pay them for the work.

Hello, guys!

I need some help from Iveco experts.


I have a Daily with NO bcm. Customer brought me a second hand BCM which is not the exactly same part number PartsLink says it should be...


ECU is EDC17CP52 0281020149.


I read both the ecu and BCM - files attached.



Car has an automatic gearbox but BCM is from a manual one.  The second hand BCM has 1 programmed key with transponder.

Can someone help me pair the BCM with the ECU? Can someone change the coding in BCM from manual gearbox to automatic?

Or at least make immo off on this specific sw...

Hello! I am having an issue when trying to calibrate my ride height. I go through the proccess in ISTA but when I input the values it shows me this image.
   
However, I did as the image said and no change. The ride height sensor is brand new as I got a related code, which is now gone. The ball joint that connects to the sensor does not want to move easily, but still does. Does anyone have any ideas? Last thing I was thinking was something with the bracket. Thank you in advance!

How can I get the CS and PIN from a SIMOS 18.2 ECU or the ELV ?
I replaced the Cluster in the car, but I need the CS and PIN to match it to the current ECU and ELV installed in the vehicle.

SIMOS 18.2 [06K-907-425C]
ELV [5K0-905-861-B]

I have VVDI2 and VVDI Prog.

Here is the story wher i get stuck for hours due to a wrong driver installation and i hope it will help.
if you are facing an issue with connection not established on the splash screen then do the following.
1- unplug ktag 
2- install or execute DriverStoreExplorer.v0.12.82
3- remove any driver listed with libub-win32
4- reboot your pc
5- recheck via driverStoreEplorer 
6- relaunch Ktag or Ksuite
NEVER USE ZADIG AS IT IS PROPOSED BY SOME OPEN AI


DriverStoreExplorer is attached please scan for viruses before using it or download from internet from a trusted source.

Hello team, I write one single turbo flash and mpc from Sprinter 646.985 80kw, adapt it with VVDI MB tool, turn off DPF EGR and few seconds after start car goes into limp mode. No error codes. Does someone have working option or time to check or disable limp mode. Thank you.

07 CLS 550, Cluster is dead. Replaced with the used one, I was able to 0 milage with vvdi mb in dashboard, Milage in dashboard still shows as ----- , Trying to figure it out how to sync with other modules to get the right reading on dash.
Any suggestions or advice appreciated. Thanks in advance.
