i have flashed my CRD2 via bitbox OBD and unfortunately it is broken off in block 0 and bricked i have now read it via JTAG and rewritten the flash Ori, unfortunately it has not worked so i think it is the EEPROM, I have found an EEPROM of the same data status but with an automatic transmission so I have communication again but it hangs in the boot with it, so I need a FULL BACKUP of this control unit preferably with manual transmission
no communication via vediamo etc only via KTAG otherwise I would have flashed it over it
All data:
HW: A 6519013301
SW Block 0: 0104482140
SW Block 1: 6519022004
SW Block 2: 6519034273
Hello,
I am looking for the Renault Arkana TCU diagram
I lost communication with the TCU, can someone help me with diagram?

After misplacing my original Mercedes-Benz test adapter and struggling to find a replacement (not cheap or easy to get hold of), a legend of an MHH forum member kindly posted me a used one all the way from Germany — worked perfectly and saved the day 🙌
A few weeks later, I stumbled across an aftermarket version that caught my attention 😉
At around half the price of a used genuine adapter, I figured it was worth a try…
✅ Tested & Working:
I’ve been testing it for over a week now on a genuine MB SD C4 interface, and it’s passed every single test in Mercedes Xentry/DAS Toolkit — no faults, no flakiness, just solid performance.
(Only hiccup: I need to replace my batteries — £10 a pop 😅 that can wait )
⚙️ Observations:
Fitment:
Slightly snug in original MB interfaces (plug is just a bit different)
But a Perfect fit on clone C4 units — which is where it’ll be used most of the time anyway
Build Quality:
Hand-assembled in the UK
High-quality resin bonded shell — not cheap plastic
Feels solid, durable, its resin and the finish looks good
I even dropped mine during testing — no issues at all 💪
This isn't your average eBay knockoff — it’s clearly had some thought and care put into it.
📝 Part Details:
Based on OEM part number: 6511 2500 99
Not made of full aluminium like the original, but still feels tough
And for anyone thinking “I’ll just make one myself” — trust me, I wouldn’t recommend it. The design, tolerances, and build quality here aren't easy to DIY unless you’ve got pro gear and experience. This isn't just a printed box with some wires in it — it’s a proper bit of kit.
✅ Pros:
Hand-built in the UK GB
Around half the price of a genuine adapter
Available now — no eBay hunts or long shipping
Passed all MB Toolkit diagnostics
Solid feel and reliable fit
❌ Cons:
Slightly tight on OEM MB C4s
Not full-metal construction
🧩 Final Thoughts:
If you only need the adapter occasionally, or want a reliable, affordable option for MUX testing, this is a solid no-nonsense alternative.
Genuine units are getting rare and expensive — this one does the job and feels like it’ll last. Honestly, for most users, this might be the smarter option.
PM me if you're interested — I’ll pass along the seller’s info. These aren't listed publicly, and let’s just say...
you’re not going to “accidentally” find one unless you know where to look 😉🔧
hello my friends i need to swap instrument cluster for jetta 2010 part number 5M0920860d and i found in back ic 9s12xhz512 so what i need to make swap and correct coding
i have obdstar x300 dp plus and cg100 and odis vm with scanmatik thanks alot
I would like to read (full read) an EDC16C31, for the moment the only thing I have is a dump made with a MPPS V13, I only have the maps. The think I would like is the "software part".
Should I read it using bench or boot mode? And with a KTag will I get what I am searching for?
Can someone assist with a Renault Kwid, after engine swap car fails to start.
Engine cranks but no start with the following fault codes:
DTC060AF1 - Computer Safety mode 1 flag
DTC061A61 - Computer Signal calculation failure
I'm not sure if it's an ECM problem or something else, all assistance will be greatly appreciated and I have read EEPROM + FLASH using tool if there is something needed to be done on it.
Hello guys i have a problem with eco light in cluster on my w218. It dosent illuminate but override button works and stop start works fine. I just dont have light in my cluster illuminated.
Hi everyone, I need try to clone burned front SAM from Mercedes w221. Can be this module cloned by vvdi prog? If cannot clone what is procedure to adapt second hand module to car?
after flashing my car the control unit is bricked (block 0 is broken and empty) also via J-Tag no connection
now I have bought a used control unit all numbers on the control unit cover are the same, only now that I have set the control unit Virgin and learned I have the problem that this control unit comes from an automatic transmission.... but i have a switch. the car starts now that i have adjusted the scn etc., but the cruise control does not work and the load shock damping does not work because the engine control unit is still waiting for the signals from the transmission control unit (under is values is always N although i am already driving (e.g. in 3 gear) the under Vediamo is the HW ID and block 0 number the same, block 1 and 2 are different, if I now install the CFF from my old ECU I get the error message after flashing the block 2 HW-Mism(05) and the ECU hangs in the boot (the new ecu)
How do I get this solved, does anyone have experience with it, so the variant codes etc in the new CRD2 are 1to1 as in the old one, I still had a backup.
I assume that something has to be changed in the EEPROM, but I don't want to open the new control unit again because it's a really difficult job...
The funny thing is I can't find my old SW version of block 1 and 2 under my HW number in SWFinder... but everything worked with the old one?
I have a problem with making a clone of this computer. It is from a Chevrolet Aveo 1.2 2008. I have a K-TAG from China. K-TAG tells me to read this computer as: CONTINENTAL SIM2K34 5WY5Kxxx IRAN KHODRO SAIPA. I read this computer so with each reading there is a different reading MICRO C167CR-LM, while EXTFLASH AM29F400BB(Maps) with the second reading only one byte changes.
Tell me if this is normal? Do you have any experience with this computer and how to read it correctly.
I am experiencing some trouble with a RB8 cluster (immo 4) from a 2006 Audi A4. The original cluster is damaged beyond repair, part of the pcb is completely burned. I've got a replacement cluster, but I can't adapt it. By now, I tried reading immo data with Launch immo PRO, in order to generate a dealer key and pair it to this cluster, to get rid of SAFE message. Immo should be removed from engine ECU too. The problem is, every time I try to log in with the PIN retrieved, the cluster refuses the code and enters security lock time, so it's impossible to pair the key. CarProg doesn't work with this one too. I do not have AVDI/FVDI/VVDI, and even with these, original info is missing, so it's not an option for me. Does anyone know any other option to get it working or, at least, getting rid of SAFE?
